Thinking of Getting Married in Seychelles? Well here are 3 ways to do it!
If you are dreaming of a wedding in Seychelles, but don’t really know where to begin, then you have come to the right place. Getting Married in Seychelles can be as easy and affordable as you would like it to be, depending on which route you would like to take.
Below, find three different ways to get Married in Seychelles and plan your dream wedding in paradise.
3 Options: How to Get Married in Seychelles-1
1. A Do-It-Yourself Wedding in Seychelles
Planning your own wedding in Seychelles may require a bit of work, but it certainly is doable, provided you know where to start and cover all your bases. Planning your own wedding in Seychelles is especially appealing if you have budget constraints and need to cut out the middle man and take control of your spending.
This can work out as your cheapest option, but will require a lot of time and energy from your part.
Planning your own wedding in Seychelles may seem like an impossible task, but it can be done. You can read our post, “Planning Your Own Wedding in Seychelles” for a step-by-step-guide on the things to consider if you’re going to go this route.
2. Get Married at a Hotel or Resort
Most major hotels and resorts offer their own in-house wedding planning services. This is an easy route to take and is quite convenient as accommodation, wedding and reception all take place on-site, making everything generally stress free. These are usually all-inclusive and they will typically take care of everything for you, such as hair & make-up, legal requirements and even the photographer. (If you do go this route and would like us to do your photography, please tell the wedding coordinator you would prefer they choose us and pass on our email address, or you can arrange directly with us and tell them to deduct wedding photography from your wedding package.)
Either a pro or a con on this option, depending on what you have in mind – is that these weddings will be pretty limited to what the hotel offers, and besides minor details, you will have little say on how the day pans out as everything will need to be within the hotel grounds and follow their template as much as possible. However, if a quick and easy wedding plan is what you are looking for, this the best option.

3. Using a Travel Company or Wedding Planning Service
Somewhere between the do-it-yourself option and having it all organised by a hotel, this option gives you a lot more choice in how your dream day pans out. Get married on a yacht, in the forest or on top of a mountain? Perhaps you want to a traditional wedding at a religious site? If you are looking for something different and don’t want the cookie-cutter hotel wedding, nor the stress of arranging everything yourself, this option is for you.
Any good wedding planning service in Seychelles will be able to guide you in planning your perfect wedding in Seychelles, within reason and within budget, as they know the industry best and can arrange every last detail for you.
